Hear a Mother's Voice Can Relieve Stress

Never mind the children, adolescents, or adults; everyone would have a hard time when their life was squeezed problems. This can cause stress, tension, anxiety, and depression. There is one easy way to solve it, ie listening to my mom. Researchers assume that the relationship between mother and child are from when the child is still in the womb. Children in the womb are able to listen to their mother's voice. From there, the proximity intertwined. Newborns seek referrals through their mother's voice.

Sound is the fabric that formed the mother and child, and it can provide a strong mental influence, says psychotherapist Heather Hans. Not just the words, but the tone of the mother's voice can also make a child more calm, and even improve the outcome in preterm infants, as reported by She Knows (11/04).

Hear a Mother's Voice Can Relieve Stress

A study published in the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society B shows that young women who experience stress are known to be feeling better after touching or listening to their mothers. They instantly decreases the stress hormone cortisol is replaced with, or love hormone.

Often mothers do not realize the power behind the words and the tone of their voice. But knowing that is owned by a major influence on the child's mother's voice can make mothers more likely to be careful when talking with their children.
